Vince Barbera

Vince has been a partner and member of the Oakgrove team, since 1981. Prior to that, he completed his B.S. in Engineering at Brown University and an M.S. at SUNY/Buffalo, followed by seven years of experience in the public sector with the NYSDOT and the Niagara Frontier Transportation Committee. At Oakgrove Construction, Vince has been involved in all aspects of the company's operations, starting as project superintendent, to large project manager and on to estimating responsibilities. Currently Vince heads the estimating, contract administration, subcontracting and purchasing operations along with the numerous administrative tasks that the partners of Oakgrove Construction share.
